Since last Tuesday, the program that rings the bells dismissing students to go to lunch hasn’t been working.
Instead, Secretary Rebecca Earle has had to manually ring the bells, meaning that the bells ring in all the classrooms, not just the ones being dismissed.
Earle has contacted the Indianapolis-based company that manages Bloomington South’s bells, and hopes to see the job completed in the near future.
“I would love to see it worked on Monday and completed Monday. I would be fine with that,” Earle said.
