Ice cream, brownies, fried Oreos and apple pie are just a few of the things that come to mind when you think of desserts. Today is national dessert day and people around South are planning the perfect snack to eat when they get home. Sophomore Annie Levy says her favorite desert is “rocky road ice cream because there are marshmallows”. Freshman Seth Feickert favorite dessert is Zotz. There are “soda candy” says Feickert. Sophomore Jensyn Bowman is going to go home and eat a bowl of “chocolate chip or chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream”. National dessert day is definitely a day to celebrate in any way possible.
