South’s gender and sexuality alliance, PROUD (People Representing our Unity and Diversity), ran a booth at Bloomington Pride’s second annual Summerfest Saturday. The festival celebrated LGBTQ+ culture and education with workshops, informational booths, live performances and activities for everyone in the community. Sophomore PROUD members Ry Quade and Karenna Tankersley worked at the PROUD booth educating attendees about the club.
