Back in April, South’s athletic director JR Holmes got a phone call. That phone call was from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
Turns out, UCLA’s football team needed a place to practice before the game against our Indiana Hoosiers on Saturday. Holmes planned to let them use South’s football field as their practice field in order to prepare for this weekend.
The UCLA football team will be on South’s field tomorrow, October 24, 2025. They will practice for one hour during panther plus. The practice is closed to everyone, including South faculty. They will have security guards and no one will be allowed past South Drive.
IU versus UCLA is on Saturday, October, 25, 2025, at noon. Tickets are sold out.
