Maimunat Garba, a junior and exchange student from Nigeria, misses many things about her home country. Especially her family and Nigerian food. Her two favorite Nigerian foods are “fried rice, but spicy… and bean dumplings, Dan Wake in my language.” She decided to do an exchange program to experience a new culture, and will return to Nigeria in June.
