South Speaks: where did Panthers spend Spring Break?

After two years of highly-regulated travel due to COVID-19, many South students felt more comfortable enjoying the good weather this past spring break in new places. Some of them told Optimist their favorite parts of traveling.

“I went to Winnipeg, Canada and my favorite part was seeing my grandparents,” says Junior Matthew Schmidt.

Sophomore Alice Arthur says, “me and my family went to Siesta Key, Florida and hanging out on the beach was really fun.”

“I traveled to Murray, Kentucky and I loved meeting the president at Murray State University,” says junior Macy Gray.
