Girls Soccer: Sept 13th (W): The Panthers came in and took care of business, shutting out North and posting 2 goals against the crosstown rivals. Volleyball: Sept 12th (L): Although it looked as if South would take the match in three relatively easy games, the outcome was far different, as North battled their way back into the contest and won in the 5th game. Bright spots for the Panthers were senior Sydney Conger and sophomore Kenadee Coyle who had 12 and 10 kills respectively.

Football: Sept 9th (W): After losing key components from the team due to graduation, the stakes for coach Mo and the Panthers were high against a hungry North team that had just gained its first win since 2015 the week prior. However, South put the Cougars to bed with relative ease in a 49-20 win. While many panthers rose to the occasion, none rose higher than senior quarterback Gavin Yeskie, who threw for 313 yards and three touchdowns.
